Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription or generation pack, or using Achievault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Achievault.

Your use of Achievault is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Achievault is a personal achievement vault. It helps you capture achievements and goals, create AI-assisted badge-style artifacts, save them privately, and optionally share selected content with other users.

Achievault is provided for personal reflection and motivation. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, educational, or professional advice.

3. Account

You may need an account to use Achievault. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple account, and Achievault account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Achievault.

You must provide accurate account information, may not impersonate others, and may not sell or transfer your account without our permission. You can request or initiate account deletion through the app settings or by contacting us.

4. Content and AI Outputs

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit to Achievault, such as achievement descriptions, prompts, stories, and profile information.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the badge images, titles, subtitles, and other outputs generated for you in Achievault. Laws and third-party rights may affect what rights exist in AI-generated outputs.

You grant Achievault a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use your content and outputs as needed to provide, protect, support, and improve Achievault, as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Public content may be shown to other users through public profiles, Community features, notifications, previews, or sharing features.

Achievault may use AI systems and third-party AI providers to generate badge images, titles, subtitles, prompts, or related suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before saving, publishing, sharing, or using them.

5. Community Rules

You may not use Achievault to create, upload, publish, promote, or share content or behavior that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, infringing, invasive of privacy, exploitative, spammy, or intended to bypass security, payment requirements, or access controls.

We may review, hide, remove, restrict, or disable content, accounts, features, purchases, or access if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, applicable law, third-party provider rules, or safety requirements.

You can report content or accounts through in-app tools where available or by contacting support@achievault.com.

6. Payments

Achievault may offer optional paid subscriptions, generation credits, or digital content through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and free trials are handled through Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Deleting the app or deleting your Achievault account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple account settings. If available, "Restore Purchases" may restore eligible purchases or subscriptions.

Subscription generations are available during the active subscription billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise. One-time generation packs do not expire while your account and the Service remain available, unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Achievault may rely on third-party services, including Apple services, AI providers, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, monitoring, email, and support tools. These services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Availability

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Achievault at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every region, language, device, or app version.

9. Intellectual Property

Achievault, including the app, software, design, features, branding, and service materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Achievault is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achievault and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of Achievault after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
